Shae comes to us all the way from Arkansas!  She is an amazing hairstylist who specializes in curls as well as color and extensions.  Shae is also an experienced makeup  artist who would love to help with your next event.  When she isn’t at the salon or on site Shae is the proud mama to two beautiful girls.

Whitney Murphy

$150/hr

Whitney, a proud Arizona native began her venture into the beauty industry in 2019. Following training with Nicole and mastering her craft, she now specializes in blending, natural lived in color and hair extensions. Her dedication is to instill confidence in every client as they leave her chair. Outside of the salon, you'll find Whitney enjoying time with friends & family, staying active, catching a flight, attending concerts, or hanging with her precious kitty, Cosmo.

Kaylyn Webber 

$100/hr

Kaylyn is a fun loving and passionate hair artist specializing in blondes and dry haircuts.  She is a Phoenix native who adores her four adopted pets.  Kaylyn strives to express herself through her art and to help her guests feel their best!

Brittany Salinas 

$100/hr

Brittany is a native Phoenician who loves to crochet and sew in her spare time.  She is the mom to two beautiful girls and loves creative color and long haircuts.  

Cassidy Carver

Digital Engagement Coordinator for Salon Services

Cassidy is a native who graduated from Penrose academy and started out as a stylist here at Refinery 208 Salon before turning into our social media manager and our salon support specialist. Cassidy is also the proud doggie mom to Bella and Oliver. She and her husband are expecting their first child this summer!

Lucia Hernandez 

$75/hr

Lucia is a recent cosmetology graduate and has been working side by side with our entire team and is now accepting new clients.  When Lucia isn't in the salon she is hanging out with her precious pup, Ace.  

Cat Valdez 

$100/hr

Cat is a native Arizonan.  She specializes in vivids, reds and transformations.  She is constantly expanding her knowledge and loves a challenge.  Cat's favorite day is Valentine's Day which she showcases every day with her look.    

Ashley Shano 

$75/hr

Ashley is an Arizona native and a recent graduate of Penrose Academy.  She loves blonding, vivids and transformations.  When she is not at the salon she loves thrifting and listening to music.  

Nicole Bencurik

$300/hr

Nicole is a renowned Master Stylist with over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry, specializing in hair color and extensions. She is committed to leading her team to excellence and ensuring every client feels beautiful and valued. Her expertise and passion for enhancing individual beauty make every visit a transformative experience. Nicole is also the educator for the salon's own hair extension education, The Refinery Method®️.
