We know that life happens! If your are running 15 minutes or less late to your appointment, please call ahead. If your arrival is beyond 20 minutes late, you may have to forfeit your appointment completely and reschedule.
If you cancel less than 48 hrs in advance, it is considered a ''no show''. You may also be charged 1/2 or all of your hair service as this time was allotted for you and filling it will be difficult.
Your stylist may choose to take a deposit to secure future appointments. If this is a recurring issue, your stylist may refuse providing your future services.
All extension services require a non-refundable deposit. This is used to secure your appointment and the amount will be deducted from your total on the day of your service.
Redo's and Adjustments
If you are not happy with your results, please call/txt your stylist directly. Our team will be happy to make small tweaks and adjustments within 2 weeks or less of your hair appointment.

We do not offer refunds on services. Please refer to our redo policies for more info. ALL DEPOSITS FOR COLOR OR EXTENSION SERVICES ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
